Order Processing Time: 

Orders generally ship within a three business days. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns. I'm always happy to help. 

 

Shipping within the USA: 

All domestic orders are shipped via the USPS. When available- first class (without insurance) will propagate at checkout, otherwise all domestic parcels are shipped Priority Mail with Tracking. If you’d prefer another method, please make a note at checkout and email us to make other arrangements.

International Shipping

International Orders ship via UPS: We've found the USPS International service has been unreliable this past few years with long delays and no reliable tracking. This has caused lots of worry and concern for all. If you like to discuss shipping via USPS international (which is a more reasonable priced service) instead of UPS please email me.

Please Note: For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery.

CANADA: Duties and Taxes are included in shipping via USPS First Class only. All other carriers will require customer to pay duties and taxes once the parcel has arrived.

Lost Packages:

Once an item has been received by the shipping company, we are no longer responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If your parcel has been marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please contact us to let us know and we'll do our best to assist you in gathering any information to provide to the shipper, but the shipper is responsible for the lost, damaged, or stolen parcel. 

Order Edits & Cancellations:

We go out of our way to assist customers and in general we can support you with adjusting items, addresses, and other concerns. LAUNCH DAYS: We accept cancellations via email within 1 hour of an order being placed, after that point cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of $15 or 05% whichever is greater.

Combining or Holding Order:

We're always happy to combine multiple orders or hold your order until a later ship date (max 1 month). Please email me with your order numbers and include instructions on how we can help! Less work for our postal carriers not to mention our environment sounds like a task worth the extra work on our end!

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you’re not you may return full priced items in their original condition. All returns must be initiated within 14 days and arrive back to the studio within 21 days from the date of delivery to your address. We do not accept returns after that window of time, so please be sure to open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives.


Please contact us right away so we can process your return or correct any issues or concerns. Please do not send returns to our P.O Box, instead we'll generate a shipping label for you or we'll confirm the correct return shipping information. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received, a credit will be applied via your original payment within 5 days.

We are a very small studio and processing returns takes a great deal of time and care therefore returns over $400 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
