I do take special orders for items you've seen in the shop in the past if I have capacity to get it in within a month or two (this excludes any pieces made in collaboration with other brand/makers). A $30 special order fee is added to any order that's made outside the usual workflow.

I do not take special requests for new patterns or specific animals. Keeping the process fun and open in the studio is what keeps me coming back... so new patterns come only when I'm feeling inspired.

I go out of my way to assist customers and in general can support you with adjusting items, addresses, and other concerns. Don't hesitate to get in touch. Please include detailed instructions for the changes and your order number.

I accept cancellations via email within 1 hour of an order being placed, after that point cancellations are subject to a restocking fee
of $15 or 05% whichever is greater.

I'm always happy to combine multiple orders or hold your order until a later ship date (max 3 month). Please email me with your order numbers and include instructions on how I can help. Less work for our postal carriers not to mention our environment sounds like a task worth the extra work on my end! :)

Yes! Use code: LOCAL for local pick-up in South Minneapolis. Please leave a phone number at checkout so we can coordinate a pickup via text.

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days, with occasional longer delays. I pack and ship all parcels in my Minneapolis studio. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns.

All domestic orders are shipped from my Minneapolis studio. All shipping options will propagate at checkout including USPS and UPS. All services include tracking, but there is no insurance on standard shipping. If you’d prefer another method, would like to require a signature or insurance- please make a note at checkout and email us to make other arrangements.

Duties and taxes are included in shipping via USPS First Class only.

All other carriers will require customer to pay duties and taxes once the parcel has arrived. There is an option to prepay duties and taxes via UPS as well. Please email me with your order number and instructions if you'd like help!

International orders ship via UPS by default. Economy USPS is a less costly options but may be unreliable with poor tracking depending where you're shipping to.

• UPS Expedited: Arrives in 3-7 days, includes tracking, insurance, and clears customs easily.
• USPS Economy: Arrives in 7-14 days, unreliable tracking, no insurance, and the service varies widely based on the recipients location. If you like to discuss shipping via USPS Economy instead of UPS Expedited please email me.

Customs and Taxes

• Recipients is responsible for all import taxes and customs duties.
• You can prepay these fees by emailing your order number. I'm happy to help!
