Orders generally ship within a day or two,
but may take up to three business days to leave the studio.

Domestic Orders: USPS has been doing an excellent job with it's domestic service with only slight delays on occasion. (see below for more info)
International Orders ship via UPS: We've found the USPS International service has been unreliable since 2020, with long delays and no reliable tracking. This has caused lots of worry and concern for all but differs dramatically from one country to another. If you like to discuss shipping via USPS international (which is a more reasonable priced service) instead of UPS please email me. (see below for more info)

FOR ALL ORDERS: Once an item has shipped or been "delivered" we are not responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA: All domestic orders are shipped via the USPS. When available- first class (without insurance) will propagate at checkout, otherwise all domestic parcels are shipped Priority Mail with Tracking. If you’d prefer another method, please make a note at checkout and email us to make other arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer both Economy (USPS) (email us for this service) and International Expedited (UPS) shipping.
If you require a tracking number the only guarantee is International Expedited (UPS), which should arrive within 3-7 days. This service includes insurance and generally moves through customs with ease.
Please Note: For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. There is an option to PREPAY your Taxes/duties once your order is placed. Please email me with your order number and instructions if you'd like help!
SHIPPING TO CANADA: Duties and Taxes are included in shipping via USPS First Class only. All other carriers will require customer to pay duties and taxes once the parcel has arrived.
